A highly respected and reputable Healthcare Group with over $70 million in revenues located in Orange County is currently searching for a detail-oriented, experienced Staff Accountant who will be responsible to perform a wide variety of accounting duties.
Duties and responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Assist with Financial Statement preparation
Update and produce various accounting reports as required
Accounts Payable and Payroll backup
Special projects as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Knowledgeable in GAAP
Professional working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions software
Paychex payroll systems
MS Office Suite, specifically intermediate user experience in Excel., Word, and Outlook
General computer skills, including internet usage
Experience in a multi-company accounting environment preferred
Excellent, effective and professional interpersonal and communication skills
Superb multi-tasking and time management skills, with excellent organization skills
