Companion Hospice has an immediate opening for a Community Liaison in  Los Angeles County. This position is responsible for growing the hospice program by increasing awareness of the services through marketing activities.  It is also important to identify key referral sources as to their potential and to develop marketing plans to increase referral responses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience within the last 5 years.
At least 1 year experience in hospice or home health environment.
Knowledge of hospice requirements including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance guidelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to assess and respond to the needs of clients.
Ability to make meaningful observations and to think strategically.
