Companion is the leading organization that provides Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care. Our patients come first and our employees are our most important asset!

As a CHHA, your duties would include:

• Providing personal care services to home care patients.
• Perform related tasks in the patient/family place of residence.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a safe, healthy environment for the patient.


Qualifications:

• valid certificate as a CHHA
• Good references

• experience as a CHHA 
• Be a positive, outgoing person
